On Tuesday, two criminals on a motorcycle carried out a violent crime spree in the area of Diagonal 73 between streets 2 and 65 in the city of La Plata. Dressed in dark clothing and wearing helmets to avoid being identified, the robbers committed at least two armed robberies at nearby businesses. Police sources informed the Argentine News Agency that the first incident occurred in a bakery, where the thieves entered displaying a firearm and threatened the two employees who were working. Under intimidation, they seized mobile phones and cash, the amount of which was not officially reported. This is how the motorcycle thieves' robbery at a bakery looked like. After carrying out the robbery, the same individuals went to a poultry shop located a few meters away, repeating the criminal modus operandi, thus completing a raid that caused concern among local merchants and residents. The corresponding complaints have been filed, and to date, there are no arrests. The investigation is being carried out by personnel from the Ninth Police Station of La Plata, who are working on analyzing the images and other measures to identify the perpetrators.
